Attire for Ballet 
Clothes:  Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes (NO skirts) Hair:  Pulled in to a bun (if hair is to short

please make sure the student secure the hair to the head in some way)
Shoes: Pink ballet shoes
Boys Attire:  White T-shirt, black tights or shorts, black ballet shoes

Modern Dance Attire 
Any form of dance clothing yet tights should be footless or convertible. No t-shirts or sweat shirts.  No shoes. Hair

in a bun.  No jewelry.

Tap 
Any color leotard & tights, Patent Leather Mary Jane Tap Shoes (replace laces with elastic, available at Wal-Mart),

Oxford styled tap shoes for 8 and up. Hair pulled up out of face.  No jewelry. No street clothing.

Hip hop

Fun dance clothing or clothing that can be easily moved in. No tummies showing. Jazz shoe or a flexible tennis shoe

that has not been street worn.

Beg. Salsa
Ladies- Salsa skirt, ballroom shoes or character shoes. No spike heels. Gentlemen: Slacks, Dress shoe with a sole that

will move. You may also wear a jazz shoe.

Jazz 
Any color leotard & black tights, Capri pants, Black jazz shoes, hair in a bun.  No jewelry. No street clothing. 

Stretching and conditioning

Any form of dance clothing or work out clothing, no shoes, hair pulled into a bun.
