Policies and Changes

A clean atmosphere, safety and respect for others. 

-       Absolutely no food or drink is permitted in the Studio.

-       Students may not enter the Studio until the instructor calls for the entire class.

-       Please drop your students off at the front door inside the school.  Shoes must be changed in the waiting room before entering Studio.

-       Students will not be permitted to leave through the back door for safety purposes.

-       Students must use the restroom before class.  SHAC instructors will not allow a student to go during class unless there is a guardian to take them in an emergency.  If you are not planning on staying during class, please make sure that you have someone you trust to do this.

-       SHAC instructors will be enforcing students to respect themselves, other students and instructors.

-       Any student using vulgar language, causing disturbances that are disruptive during class time will be asked to leave the Studio.

-       All students are to arrive on time for class.  If a student arrives 15 min or later they will be asked to sit out and watch, as stretching and barre’ work is crucial to the class.

-       Class prices are as follows:

o       (1) hour class per week  $30.00 per month

o       (1 1/2) hour classes per week $45.00 per month

o       (2) hour classes per week $58.00 per month

o       (3) hour classes per week $88.00 per month

o       (4) hour classes per week $118.00 per month

All dance classes concentrate on the development of creativity and artistic expression.  While performing is an integral part of our programs, a single annual performance is not our year-long goal.  Here at SHAC we offer a fundamental background in the Arts in a confident building atmosphere.
